Mobile solutions are the way of the future for Equipment companies. They can speed up the collection process and really give your cash flow a shot in the arm. It is a huge advantage to a business owner, but like many new and better technologies they come with a risk.
It is not uncommon for a technician to start his own business, and, if the information is available, to market to his bosses customers with cut-rate prices. After all, he or she knows your pricing structure, and their overhead is a pickup truck. I guess it is the American way.
